As co-founder and Director of Research for Vision Prize, I worked to understand and communicate expert opinion on climate risk. In addition to assessing the views of scientists, we asked our expert panelists to predict the views of their scientific colleagues. This approach gave new insight into the level of scientific consensus on critical issues, which in some cases may be just as important as knowing the majority view.
